Ground Preparation and Permits are the homeowner's responsibility. A 10'x16' shed = 14'x20' level gravel pad. We spend up to 15 minutes leveling after delivery if needed. Any low branches, wires, stone walls, soft ground, etc. are hindrances to our delivery truck and trailer.
Delivery: We use a 32' long ramp truck, or a pickup and/or a 22' equipment trailer. 6"x 6" skids are hurricane clipped into your floor and stay with your building. Excessive leveling adds additional costs. Deliver fees are $200 up to 35 miles, over 35 miles - $7 per loaded.
Included: One single-hung wooden screened window in our 8' and 10' wide sheds. Two single-hung wooden screened windows for our 12' wide sheds. One 5' double or 30" single v-match door. Screened Vents
