SITE REQUIREMENTS...
ACCESS TO THE SITE should be clear. Any low lying tree branches, utility wires, shrubs, walkways can cause difficulties with delivery and leveling of your shed. Please make us aware of any issues you feel need attentionprior to your delivery date.
PERMITS are the homeowners responsibility. Please call your town office and see if you need a permit for your new building prior to purchasing.
PREPARATION OF SITE is your responsibility. If you like, we can prepare your site for you. Call us in advance so we can schedule a visit and get you a price quote prior to delivery. Please have a level pad ready for us on the day we deliver your shed. Suggested size of pad 2' around the size of shed. EX... 8x10 shed.....12x14 pad.
CLEARANCE around the site should be well prepared in advance.
DELIVERY time will vary depending on seasonal volume, weather conditions, and other uncontrollable events. It could take longer than our usual 4-6 weeks turn around. We do our best to maintain our schedule. It is in your best interest and ours to get your shed to you as quick as possible. Please be patient if we happen to go over our original deadline for delivery. We also deliver to the islands off the coast of Maine for a $150 delivery fee plus the cost of the ferry ticket.
PRODUCTION of your shed will begin on or soon after your deposit has been made. Deposit requirements listed above....
CONSTRUCTION of our sheds use a minimum of 2x4 construction and pine boards 1" thick. They are built right on 6x6 pressure treated skids that make them sturdy and easily moved.
DAMAGE: Any damage done to your shed due to low lying tree branches during delivery is not our responsibility. It is your responsibility to remove the obstructing tree branches up to 14' high.

To help us insure that you will be totally satisfied with your building we ask that you have your site prepared and leveled in advance. We do offer site preparation services- just ask! Our delivery truck is 32' long and will need easy access. We do our very best to place your shed in the exact location you desire. On occasion, due to circumstances beyond our control we can not position your shed perfectly. We hope you will be satisfied that our qualified delivery personnel will place your shed to the nearest spot possible. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
